Dual band antennas - two separate arrays tuned to different bands under one radome are available with high gain antennas for coverage sites or low gain antennas for microcells.

Directed Dipole® technology - designed for high performance digital systems, this technology reduces interference and delivers softer handoffs for improved service quality.

Gen3Xpol™ cross polarization antennas - air dielectric technology reduces internal losses of traditional antennas by 2:1 and significantly improves gain per unit length of the antenna. With no hardware or connections in the critical RF current path, intermodulation is low.

Teletilt® remote antenna control system - patented technology allows easy network optimisation without site access to fine tune handover zones, reduce interference, fill in holes, and balance traffic.

HELIAX® COAXIAL CABLES AND CONNECTORS - TRANSMISSION LINE PRODUCTS FOR SYSTEM INTEGRITY

HELIAX® coaxial cables have set the industry performance standard for several decades. Andrew has developed performance-matched connectors, lightning protection, and installation accessories to ensure complete transmission line integrity.

New cable products have been added to the line, offering choices to fit a variety of base station site applications:

Andrew Virtual Air™ (AVA) cable demonstrates a 0.5dB line loss improvement that allows operators to use a 1 and 5/8in feeder cable where a 2 and 1/4in cable would normally be used. These lighter, more flexible cables are easier to install, reduce tower loading, and lower transportation costs.

Positive Stop™ coaxial connectors, developed for AVA cables, make connector attachment exceptionally easy. The connector is fully tightened and sealed with less than one rotation. No special tools are required.

To prevent damage from lightning strikes, Andrew offers Compact SureGround™ self-sealing grounding kits with a one-piece snap and lock grounding assembly and Arrestor Plus® surge arrestors that combine connectors and lightning surge protection.

Andrew's tower mounting accessories, hangers, adapters, hoisting grips, tools, weatherproofing, and hardware assure faster and reliable installations.
