This wideband UHF, power amplifier module is designed for military and commercial transmit applications. The design includes a multistage class A CW amplifier, which incorporates gold-metallised, SI MOSFET transistor for high reliability, and provides more than 50W CW over the entire frequency range with a typical 55dB of power gain. This Elmacom innovative design offers 50W, 100W, 150W and 200W max output power, using the same case and size at a reduced premium for the customer.
That's the result of a unique thermal approach of its case design which allows such power increase in a 3.7” x 8.0” x 1.0” size only.
