SPINNER - RF Components for Mobile Communication NetworksSPINNER is one of the largest manufacturers of RF components for mobile communication networks. We can supply:
DIPLEXER WITH BIAS-TThe constantly increasing number of mobile communication services and operators requires more and more individual components such as triplexers, diplexers, bias-Ts, couplers, etc. However every single one of these interfaces represents a number of risks in outdoor installations and is another source of reflection. For installations on masts, space requirements and weight also play a role. Therefore, we have created a diplexer with an integrated bias-T and a modem (smart bias-T). The diplexer combines GSM900 with GSM1800 and / or UMTS. The integrated modem meets the Antenna Interface Standards Group's (AISG) requirements. The feeding point in the RF line is equipped with an EMP protector in order to protect the active circuits in the modem from surges. BROADBAND BIAS-TTerrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) has become a worldwide success with security-related authorities and organisations, transportation services, airports and industrial enterprises. Along with our extension of the MNCS component portfolio for this frequency range, we have also developed a broadband bias-T for 380MHz to 2,700MHz. Bias-Ts are required for supplying DC power to amplifiers via the RF line. At the same time the DC path also serves for transmitting low-frequency signals up to 4.5MHz (according to AISG), which are used to control elements such as Remote Electrical Tilt (RET) antennas. In order to keep the transceiver potential-free the inner conductor is split galvanically (DC block). The DC power is fed in through a appropriate connector that can handle currents up to 5A. MOBILE NETWORK COMBINING SYSTEM (MNCS)This is the name of a system from SPINNER that includes individual components as well as complete systems for combining the antenna outputs of several mobile communication transceivers to a common antenna path. The system bandwidth between 380MHz and 2,500MHz covers all frequency bands used by modern 2G and 3G mobile communication networks. The insulation between the mobile communication bands at values of 30dB to 80dB prevents cross-interference of the transceivers. The system components can be housed in 19in cabinets or wall-mounted frames with customised configuration. The modular system design allows modifications and extensions at any time. These features make the MNCS a future-oriented solution for multiple uses of antennas in field installation, as well as for in-house service. ABOUT SPINNER The SPINNER group is headquartered in Munich, and with production facilities in Germany, Hungary, USA and China, we now have over 1,400 employees worldwide. Our subsidiaries and representatives are present in over 40 countries and provide our customers with an international network of support. Quality, flexibility and service have made the group internationally successful, especially in mobile communication and broadcasting. ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION The Quality Assurance (QA) system at SPINNER has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. The results of our endeavours are documented in our DIN EN ISO 14001 certified environmental management system.
