CIBER™ AND MABLE - INDUSTRY BILLING PROTOCOLS

Cibernet has supplied the wireless industry with billing protocols since 1988. CIBER™ (the Cellular Intercarrier Billing Exchange Roamer record) is the roaming record created and maintained by Cibernet, to facilitate the exchange of billing information among all carriers employing AMPS analog, CDMA and TDMA air interfaces, regardless of frequency.

Cibernet have also created MABEL (Major Account Billing Exchange Logistical record), which is a vehicle for the exchange of major account billing data between carriers. The records cover all of the billing elements of a major account including summary billing information and call detail level information.
