Spinner sets standards with a new generation of electrically and mechanically superior Stripline Diplexers for the interconnection of CDMA800/GSM900 and GSM1800/PCS/UMTS Signals. Weighing only 0.8 kg – half as much as comparable products from other manufacturers - our new diplexer is the lightest product of this type available anywhere worldwide. Our customers profit not only from reduced transportation costs, but also from substantial savings on leases of BTS antenna towers which are partly linked to allocated weight. In comparison to previous generations we have also further reduced the dimensions to minimize tower loads caused by wind. Despite their small size our Stripline Diplexers boast impressive input power handling in both frequency ranges – even enough handle multiple operators with plenty of headroom.
The monolithic design of the housing made from saltwater-proof aluminium guarantees an optimal impermeability (IP 68) of the diplexer for its entire life cycle - even under the most extreme weather conditions. The risk of corrosion that our competitor’s products face due to the application of different materials and surface treatments is completely eliminated in our design. Costly and time-consuming recurrent inspections or even the replacement of corroded diplexers used under very rough environmental conditions (such as water fronted sites) are unnecessary.
The network operator can ensure an optimum system output and prevent communication faults due to our guaranteed intermodulation distance of at least -165 dBc also during dynamic measurement (hence under realistic operating conditions).
The application of our patented air-based dielectric material enables extremely low insertion losses, as otherwise might only be realisable with considerably costlier cavity-filters. A typical insertion loss of 0,1 dB compared to 0,2 dB for similar products allows up to 4 metres longer feeder lines without switching to the next larger line type. With a typical BTS-antenna tower height of 30 meters this can result in a saving of several hundred Euros per base station.
All further technical data such as withstanding voltage or isolation meet or exceed all valid international standards. Our Stripline-Diplexer can be provided in a single or in a dual version. The dual version is delivered with a combined tower and wall mounting bracket. Optionally available are versions with DC-Break for CDMA800/GSM900.
