Comms Factory Moving Ahead with Intelligent Mobile Network Solution

TeleWare, the leading provider of intelligent business communication solutions to large and medium enterprise and service providers, recently announced that they are moving ahead on a major beta installation with Comms Factory, an organisation specialising in white label services for the provision, management and support of intelligent converged communication solutions.
Comms Factory will extend their current partnership with TeleWare to include the Private Mobile eXchange product delivering the full portfolio of TeleWare's intelligent applications over private mobile networks, including corporate mailbox facilities, call recording on-demand and instant conferencing.
This installation will initially cover three sites, with plans to further extend to cover six sites, all linked by the Comms Factory uncontended MPLS network. The installation will deliver intelligent mobile network capabilities to these distributed offices, enabling the use of a mobile phone as an extension of the corporate PBX. Comms Factory is the first TeleWare UK partner to install a test of this size and their main objective is to prove this unique solution is suitable for delivery to the SME through their UK reseller channel.
Comms Factory already provides a two-tier distribution capability for the TeleWare hosted services, providing the channel competency necessary to support and manage their broad portfolio into their business partners. "This fixed mobile convergence solution is perhaps the most important and exciting advance in the communications sector that we have witnessed. We will launch as a proven solution in July, to provide our business partners with first mover advantage into private mobile networks, along with the broad range of products and services," advised Ed Stonestreet, Sales and Marketing Director of Comms Factory.

Comms Factory enables intelligent converged communications through providing connectivity, hardware, services, administration, support and system management. The partnership with TeleWare to deliver the Private Mobile eXchange will compliment their offering from TeleWare hosted services and allow them to extend the portfolio offering to new and existing business partners, integrating this with their existing relationships with interconnect providers and enabling their business partners to secure additional revenue through hosted service offerings and interconnection minutes for hosted services.

Comms Factory’s strong channel competency will enable them to spread the private mobile services more rapidly over a wider market. Comms Factory is planning to launch private mobile services in July 2007.
