TOPEX Receives 2007 Product of the Year Award from Communications Solutions

TOPEX announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC) Communications Solutions has named TOPEX IP VCS as a recipient of a 2007 Product of the Year Award.
TOPEX IP VCS solution was internationally launched two years ago, being the world's first fully IP implementation in ATC environment. It was developed pursuant to company goal to adapt market available VoIP technologies to ATC particular requirements. In this way, TOPEX IP VCS is a full Air Traffic Management (ATM) solution and it integrates with legacy VCS solution and PSTN, making migration to IP VCS a simple task. TOPEX solution is flexible, easy to upgrade, integrate or customize and it was designed based on safety and security allowing protection both to hardware and IP-link failures.
