DIGITAL MICROWAVE SYSTEMS

Comba’s digital microwave solutions include a full range of PDH, SDH and Super PDH Digital Microwave Systems (DMS) available in the following frequencies: 7GHz, 8GHz, 13GHz, 15GHz, 18GHz, 23GHz and 26GHz. Comba’s DMS allows transmission links to be established rapidly and easily to meet a variety of transmission needs with cost effective solutions.

System configurations are as follows:

• PDH radio system - provides an applicable substitute for the faculties used in areas requiring less capacity
• SDH radio system - a fully-featured STM-1 (155Mbit/s) transmission solution designed to seamlessly incorporate radio links into a fiber-based synchronous network, it works across a variety of frequencies from 7GHz to 23GHz
• Super PDH radio system - a fully-featured PDH-Ethernet solution designed to seamlessly incorporate radio links into wide range of infrastructures, and it works across a variety of frequencies from 7GHz to 15GHz
• Parabolic antenna, including high performance antennas and standard performance antennas
• NMS system, supporting SNMP protocol to configure and monitor all parameters of the microwave system

OPTICAL RF REPEATERS AND FREQUENCY SHIFTING REPEATERS (FSR)

Comba’s wide range of repeater products provide total solutions for mobile networks from covering blind spots to implementing integrated coverage systems. Comba’s repeaters range covers all major mobile technologies including all GSM, CDMA and 3G bands. The product lines include optical, Frequency Shifting Repeaters (FSR) and RF repeaters for outdoor and indoor environments, and they are available in band-selective, channel-selective and wideband.

TOWER MOUNTED AMPLIFIERS (TMA) AND TOWER MOUNTED BOOSTERS (TMB)

Comba’s Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) is a cost-effective solution for enhancing wireless networks coverage, and featured with easy installation enabling rapid network rollout.

Tower Mounted Boosters (TMB) provide both uplink signals and strengthens downlink signals for coverage extension with high performance and flexible power supply options. TMBs signically reduce the CAPEX and OPEX for rural and road coverage. All Comba TMBs feature a remote monitoring functionality and extensive Operatitional and Maintenance software (OMC).
