TERRESTRIAL MICROWAVE SYSTEMS

Mitec manufactures a wide selection of flexible twistable and non-twistable waveguides that are perfect for use with our outdoor amplifiers. Their versatility allows them to bridge that final gap between amplifier and antenna.

Along with flexible waveguides we also carry a full line of microwave components from traditional waveguides and coaxial adaptors to more elaborate switching and combining networks with monitoring and control units used in large DTH Satellite earth stations. Mitec has been manufacturing and supporting carrier-grade solutions for over 20 years.

INDOOR / OUTDOOR VSAT TRANSMITTERS FOR GSM BACKHAUL

Mitec is the market leader in the high power block-up converter (BUC) arena for GSM backhaul networks based on satellite Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT). Our BUC line includes L band to C band power levels ranging from 10W to 500W P1dB. We also carry a full line of L band to Ku band BUCs, that range in power from 8W to our 'best in class' 200W P1dB unit. This unit features an extremely compact design and ultra efficiency.

Our line of Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) are available in both indoor and outdoor configurations and are perfect for use as TWT replacement amplifiers. Designed using advanced GaAs FET devices these SSPAs provide high gain and excellent third order intercepts, and offer efficient and reliable operation.

OPERATOR SOLUTIONS

The Mitec family of medium power Multi-Carrier Power Amplifiers for wireless networks are known for their industry-leading compact design, high-reliability and low-cost. These MCPAs are all based on simple analogue closed-loop feed-forward technology. All Mitec power amplifiers, including our single-carrier power amplifiers, are designed using the latest in Laterally Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor (LDMOS) technology.
