Aeroflex Incorporated Announces Completion of Acquisition of Ubinetics Test and Measurement Division

Aeroflex Incorporated (Nasdaq Symbol: ARXX), a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of automated testing solutions and microelectronics for the aerospace, defense and broadband communications markets, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Test and Measurement Division (“SPG”) of UbiNetics Holdings Limited pursuant to the terms set forth in its press release dated May 20, 2005.
