Business Objects and Pixip.net Jointly Raise Quality Levels in the Telecommunications Industry

Business Objects and Pixip.net have formed a partnership and will cooperate in the area of telecommunications. Pixip.net specializes in 'Quality of Service' (QoS) systems in the fields of IT and telecommunications. Within the scope of the partnership Pixip.net has integrated Business Objects Data Integrator and Web Intelligence into its Enterprise Mobile Quality of service platform (EMQP). EMQP mobile service helps operators to monitor and validate the quality of their services. Pixip.net's Global Roaming Quality Platform is also available for monitoring quality abroad.

SERVICE QUALITY IN FOCUS

Mobile phoning at home or abroad is meanwhile part of everyday life for both professional and private use. Therefore users now demand the highest level of network quality. Mobile operators are increasingly dependent on the cooperation with other mobile operators abroad, since they have no networks of their own in these countries. As result service and network performance will reach the highest possible level. Cost of customer complaints will decrease dramatically.
