Astellia Service Level Management application allows troubleshooting

We recently observed an increased need for the QoS follow up for preferred subscribers (VIP tracking). According to the operators and the country, it may be large-company business customers, new subscribers, money-spending users or post-paid subscribers.

The latest SLM release (V4.0) is available. It has been installed by all existing customers. The same user-friendly graphical interface offers an overview of QoS for all interfaces: A, Gb, Iu.

SLM now allows to quickly check which VIPs are the most impacted by quality degradations. QoS and the activity rate can be seen on a same graph to weigh the impact of the network state experienced by each user.

A direct link is provided to Astellia troubleshooting tool - Activity Analysis. It displays the context-dependent page to start a detailed analysis of the SLM-detected defaults.

Johan, Optimization and performance engineer in a Belgian operator, states: "The latest SLM version eases the troubleshooting process: it offers a good overview of the subscribers who suffer the most from a decreased QoS. It then allows me to quickly implement optimization solutions to always offer the best QoS possible".
