Astellia Helps MTN in Ivory Coast to Optimize its GSM/GPRS Network

The Ivory Coast's objective is to deliver the best services to its customer, while ensuring a regular growth. This is why MTN Ivory Coast has selected Astellia for its network performance monitoring solution.

Extending network coverage, introducing new services and new equipment or technologies require to have a global and detailed visibility and understanding of what is happening in the network. MTN needs to measure the level of services and performances and to be able to troubleshoot through multiples axes (cell, procedure, customer, terminal, per services, etc) and to report to management and customer.
